1. If you would like to return a product purchased in fexmon portal due to product defect, fexmon shall facilitate a replacement. Shipping and handling charges are free.

2. Please advise us within five (5) working days from receipt of the product, of your intent to return an item, including the corresponding reason or actual product defect. You may send us the advice via email at [email protected] or message us through facebook. A notice of replacement shall be issued to the customer once request is approved.

3. Refund payment will be processed (3) working days from the time we receive the return product.

4. If a wrong order is based solely on the mistake of the client, fexmon will not honor any return or replacement of the said order/s.


1. You can cancel your order provided that the order has not yet undergone our shipping process. INR 100 will be charged against shipment.

1. Orders are processed daily from Monday to Saturday. Orders received by 12:00 pm (India time) will be processed on the same business day while orders received after 12:00 pm are processed on the next business day.

2. Sold products are packed and available for courier pickup and consolidation within twenty-four (24) hours after the order has been processed and approved.

3. If an order will not be available within 24 hours or is out-of-stock, the customer will be notified via email and will be advised if and when the item will become available.

4. The customer has the option to have the order cancelled and the customer will not be charged for the order.

1. Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day the order was confirmed to the customer. Orders for delivery within Guwahati will be delivered next business days, provided the item is available in our main warehouse. While for the orders to be delivered to a provincial destination will take 5 to 7 business days from the process date to be delivered. A tracking number from the courier will be provided.

2. fexmon does not assume responsibility for and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of order goods by the authorized couriers. However, fexmon shall properly coordinate with its authorized courier who is responsible for the shipment, to properly compensate the customer.
